Key Experience:
- Deep knowledge in Crypt-Key definition & design
- Extensive CAPS product evaluation experience
- Experience of leading/oversight of Crypt-Key software engineering team, providing essential guidance on threat mitigation, high assurance security, and engineering processes
- Demonstrable track record of Crypt-Key mindset and domain understanding
Personal Competencies:
- Minimum 10 years of high assurance software engineering experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a Crypt-Key leadership role
- Excellent attention to detail and motivation to uphold quality standards
- Strong communication, team working skills, and ability to work independently
- Adept at working under pressure and problem-solving
Required Technical Skills / Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or an equivalent STEM subject
- Embedded C/C++ development skills
- Extensive experience with MISRA compliance
- Proficiency in Software Unit Test automation and tools such as LDRA, Parasoft
Desirable Technical Skills / Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant STEM degree
- Experience with RUST, Ada SPARK, Cryptol, SAW
- Conversant with IP standards and multi-threaded RTOS
Remuneration:
- Salary ranging from £75,000 to £125,000 (DOE)
- Matched Pension up to 12%
