Cordius works closely with all our clients to ensure that we provide them with the most cost effective and appropriate recruitment solution. We take the time and have the experience to make sure that the CV’s we forward are pre-screened and are relevant to the vacancy.

Clients will have a dedicated Recruitment Consultant who will liaise with them on a continued basis to ensure quality and consistency throughout the recruitment process. Our Recruitment Consultants are trained to the highest standards and constantly seek to exceed the expectations of their clients. In managing the client contact relationship we are able to deliver quality and consistency throughout the recruitment process.

How does it work?

Cordius works in partnership with clients to identify, source and deliver the most suitable candidates for you. Our flexible services are designed to meet your needs regardless of size or complexity.

Cordius works on a No Win – No Fee basis. There are no charges at all until one of Cordius’s candidates is offered a job, accepts and commences work.

The fees charged are based on the starting salary of the candidate and a rebate is offered if the candidate should leave soon after. Simple, honest and effective!

To summarise…

  • Our flexible services are designed to meet your needs regardless of size or complexity. Cordius works in partnership with the client to ensure that their requirements are met.
  • On receipt of a permanent vacancy, a professional Recruitment Consultant will discuss the requirement in detail to ensure suitable candidates are identified.
  • Cordius will then ensure that every candidate is profiled either face to face or over the phone before submission. This stage will ensure that they meet the criteria set down in the job description.
  • The ability to understand our customers and current market trends is our greatest asset. This is reflected by our submission to placement ratio. We aim to deliver the following:
    • No more than 5 CV’s per vacancy
    • Three first line interviews
    • Two second line interviews resulting in one offer.
  • We utilise the latest e-commerce recruitment processes to source candidates across all levels of seniority, geographical location and discipline.
  • No matter what the need, your dedicated consultant will offer a tailored recruitment service combining both traditional and innovative recruitment methods.

Candidate Pre-Screening

Internet based recruitment is a very fast moving world. Candidates can now apply, go for an interview and be offered a job in a matter of a few days.

So once the internet advert has been placed and you have started to receive applications, the next step is to filter the response and reject inappropriate candidates. If the filtering is not done quickly and accurately, good candidates can be overlooked or missed which can be costly.

One of our experienced Consultants will assess the advert response and each CV is read and assessed against your Job Specification and technical criteria. Just reading the CV often does not give you a full insight into the candidate, so each candidate will be contacted and profiled on things such as:
