IT Support Analyst
Cordius are working with an established, very successful software house based near the City Centre of Derby. Following expansion, they’re currently recruiting for a Support Analyst to join their excellent Client Support team.
It’ll be your responsibility for supporting product applications provided to their UK customer base. You’ll be required to identify, track and manage technical queries/customer requirements, responding to these via telephone, email and a call logging system. Other responsibilities include:
- Connecting to customer systems to resolve queries
- Liaising with internal staff, external suppliers and/or 3rd party IT companies
- Interpret and record change requests/requirements
Salary: Up to £23,000 + 25 days holiday, bonus and overtime (as and when required)
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT application support, as well as an understanding/knowledge of SQL (not essential) with the ability to read/write simple queries. Any other programming language is useful too, but it goes without saying that our client is keen to speak with candidates that are intelligent, personable and driven. If you have good communication skills and are enthusiastic, you’ll have no problems in getting up to scratch with the way they work.
