Cordius is hiring for a top 100 law firm with 2 offices near London. The Solutions Analyst will conduct analysis on the current ways of working and the client or business impact of those processes. The Solutions Analyst will approach each solution with a simplicity mind-set to prioritise the delivery of low effort, high impact solutions as swiftly as possible.

Job description
As the Solutions analyst, you will find and deliver technical solutions to help stakeholders get new products in a more efficient and sustainable way. You will work alongside client teams to understand their challenges, provide expert guidance, and then follow this up with the technical know-how to put that guidance into action.
 
You will organise, hold and attend agile methodology meetings and maintain a backlog of customisation requirements in line with current business objectives. You will agree implementation timelines with stakeholders in line with the Business Solutions Team Leader’s roadmap and priorities. You will be contributing to building the IT Knowledge base to help colleagues with issue resolution.
 
You will be administrating Practice, Case and Client Relationship Management Systems, ensuring that user training and documentation is maintained to a high standard, and investigating, troubleshooting and resolving escalated product issues and queries.
 
You may be asked to travel between all office locations as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
 

Experience

  • Experience of working within a professional environment
  • Excellent business focus and understanding of customer service delivery
  • Experience of managing business requirements and designing technological solutions to deliver business objectives
  • Experience using an issue management tool
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Usage of Microsoft application platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office
  • Experience of delivering solutions with AGILE methodologies
  • Knowledge of business process development and/or control & governance frameworks
  • Previous experience working in a project environment
Desirable
  • Qualification in an analysis discipline such as BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis or equivalent
  • Completion of the following Microsoft Learning Pathways:
    • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
    • Get started using Microsoft Dataverse
    • Automate a business process using Power Automate
    • Manage permissions and administration for Microsoft Dataverse
    • Get Started with Power Apps portals
    • Work with Power Apps portals
Skills and qualities
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Able to demonstrate previous solution design experience
  • Excellent communication skills and accustomed to dealing with business members at all levels in person
  • Ability to guide, inform and, where necessary, convince non-technical staff at all levels
  • Good understanding of customer service delivery
  • Proactive and innovative approach to problems; ability to identify patterns, generate ideas and action rapidly
  • Maintained knowledge of technologies and applications required to support the business
  • Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to display a methodical, accurate and well organised system of working
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with an eye for problem solving
  • The ability to make sense of complexity and present compelling data-driven stories and solutions that resonate with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
  • The passion, resilience and energy to work hard and sustain what it takes to succeed
