They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their busy and friendly Winchester office supporting a number of practice areas. This is an administrative role involving a variety of tasks such as front of house duties, opening and closing files, filing, and assisting the team generally. The role will involve client contact.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries, both internal and external
- Being the first point of contact for the team
- Communication with clients
- File compliance
- Diary management
- Filing and general administration
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and teamwork is essential. Candidates must be proactive and logical in their approach to work and have the ability to remain professional at all times.
