Cordius Recruitment is working with a very well-known, highly influential creative studio that aims to bring people and brands together! Currently they are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join one of their studios in Leicester. 

Location: Syston, Leicester

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 

The ideal candidate will have the experience in project management, marketing and/ or has worked within creative agency environemnt. You will have a pro-active, can-do attitude, great attention to detail, as well as superb organisational and communication skills. 


  • To support on preparing costs for various projects, ensuring all costs are budgeted accurately, filed on the server, and updated accordingly
  • To raise necessary purchase orders for any suppliers ensuring they are countersigned by relevant person and authorised by a Director as necessary
  • To be responsible for updating project management and design team’s weekly resource planning sheets
  • To ensure all project invoices are raised at the appropriate time throughout the project being aware of the need to manage cash flow effectively
  • To ensure we communicate in an open, courteous, and constructive way both with fellow colleagues and with our clients and suppliers
  • To maintain effective communication with all relevant CK teams / colleagues throughout projects to ensure clients’ requirements are fully satisfied
  • To ensure all written correspondence to our clients always follows our company templates for consistency. When communicating, be it verbally, via email or any other correspondence; this should always be carried out in a professional manner
  • To prepare fully for all client meetings and produce agendas prior to meetings, where relevant
  • To document and save on the server, all project related information to and from clients, i.e. cost estimates, contact reports, briefs, and status reports where relevant
  • To prepare project schedules and ensure they are communicated to clients and the relevant CK teams and updated accordingly – and to manage dairy invites etc as needed 

Key Skills:

  • Ideally at least 3 years relevant work experience – in account handling, project management or marketing role
  • Excellent time management and experience working to deadlines
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Commercially astute
  • First rate communication skills
  • First rate attention to detail
  • Flexible, proactive, confident and self-motivated
  • Learning mindset
