Technical Success Manager (API’s / SaaS) - UK / Remote

As a Technical Success Manager you will work with customers and prospective customers. The relationships you will build will be with managers and leaders in both Product and Software Engineering functions. You will support them designing and implementing integrations that will drive success in their products. You will identify success metrics, share best practice, help them navigate the documentation and the capabilities that best serve their goals. Where additional help is required, you’ll coordinate with your colleagues to provide the support and assistance needed.
You will have a self-managing approach to your work. Shifting priorities are an inevitably when dealing with customers and you will be comfortable balancing being reactive and being proactive. Attention to detail will be a feature of how you operate, and you will value honesty and getting ahead of issues and be prepared to have potentially difficult conversations with customers and prospects, guiding them to ensure their success. You will be supported in making deliberate, holistically driven decisions that benefit all parties.
Working with a technical product you'll be able to demonstrate an understanding of API technologies and their implementation. This may be directly in a customer success role for another API product, or through your own personal project work. Clear and focused written and verbal communication is crucial to being successful as you’ll deal with customers around the world through email, calls and video conferencing. Working with global customers means some flexibility around working hours to cope with time zone overlaps is necessary – with your flexibility they’ll also work around you and your life.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
Location: UK / Remote / Home Working / Midlands
This position can support a predominantly remote, office based or a hybrid working model. Valuing face-to-face time and, under normal circumstances, they encourage teams to spend regular time together either at the Midlands office or other suitable location.
