Head of Platform Migrations / Solutions Architect
Job description
We require a candidate with expertise and a proven track record in leading platform migrations and technology transformation. Your remit, to establish a clear vision and strategy for platform rationalisation and resulting migration activities.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, developing and delivering the platform migration strategies, and identifying the best methodologies, tools and approaches to take.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, lead and support migration teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the required standards and timescales.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the platform architectures.
- Oversee/manage the final platform and other end point platforms.
- Manage budget and headcount, and act as key sponsor for all migration related projects.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in the software industry managing complex migration projects.
- Ability to define and execute a customer centric technical integration strategy.
- Strong experience using Agile development practices in a fast-paced business.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Senior level management experience with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Delivering successful development projects.
Salary: £100K Package + Equity + Benefits
