| Sales Account Manager/Business Development Executive Software Solutions This is a great opportunity to join a successful independently owned Software House based in Nottingham .They are celebrating their 10th birthday this year and have grown organically over the past decade. They have an impressive portfolio of clients and product offerings and now employ approaching 50 people. Their sales development strategy is based on adding value to client relationships by promoting better use of their software applications and creating excellent reference sites, not just focusing on revenue. Their Account Management team achieves this through a wide mix of office, phone and site based communication, review, best practice sessions, focus groups and sales events. They are now looking to add an additional Account Manager to the team Key tasks will include: • Relationship management to assist clients around the UK and potentially abroad to get more from their use of the product. • Regular client reviews to establish project progress and user satisfaction. • Contribution to various events to ensure the client base is properly targeted and encouraged to attend. • Identification of revenue opportunities through the demonstration and sale of new modules, additional services and enhanced support services. We will consider candidates who have either a background in IT Solution/Software sales but who perhaps don’t like the pressure of new business sales or service delivery, or someone from a pre or post sales support role who would like to become more involved in the sales/customer delivery side of the business. What you must have however is experience gained in a software house environment you will be articulate, have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, people focused and have an outgoing personality. You must have strong initiative, be goal orientated and have an overriding desire to be successful. | ||||
