| Quality Assurance Assistant National retail business is looking for enthusiastic and inquisitive talent to join an established head office in house quality team and assist with the quality assurance function. The role will encompass working hand in hand with the buying team, and assist with bringing a portfolio of products to market. Reporting into a QA manager you will ensure quality standards are up held through liaising with in house and external testing teams, keeping a breast of related regulations and maintaining product databases. Working with Far East suppliers you will be expected to manage the supply chain relationships in terms of inspection of landed products, dealing with corrective and preventative actions and reporting to management. You will also maintain a close working partnership with the customer services team responding to both customer and store queries.
