An opportunity has now arisen for a Project Manager to join our team. To be considered for this position you must have: Extensive project management experience. A track record of managing software solutions projects for external customers. A professional project management qualification such as Prince2, PMI or PMP. As the Project Manager you should also have outstanding relationship building and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage concurrent projects, and a tenacious approach. You will also thrive in a fast paced environment, and possess a good level of IT literacy. In this key role you will be responsible for managing software solution projects. As an integral member of the Professional Services group, you will be required to maintain strong working relationships with other project managers and members of business analysis and technical analysis teams. Involving regular work at client sites, and extensive travel throughout the UK your duties will include: Successfully managing projects to meet customer expectations. Managing projects - ensuring theyre delivered on time and to budget. Managing the Project team. Internal and external stakeholder management. Producing, managing and controlling project financials. Experience of the following would be highly advantageous: Delivery of mobile software solutions. Interaction with and management of offshore teams. Management of projects in the Field Service and Postal, Transport and Logistics sectors.
