| IT Project Manager delivering outsourced services and applications to the Retail sector This is an opportunity to join an expanding Nottingham based IT Services Company who offer professional support services to the Retail sector throughout the UK. This unique Organisation provides systems integration, development and support of retail systems, implementation of new supply chain solutions and 24/365 helpdesk support services. Role: Project Manager IT Services and Solutions Location: Nottingham Salary: To £45k+Benefits The main duties of this role include: To manage IT based projects for new and existing clients. To analyse client requirements and offer detailed solutions. To encompass the full project life cycle, from conception to implementation, delivery and handover to the dedicated support teams. Full responsibility for the delivery of the project to agreed timescales and to budget. Candidate profile: This is a client facing role which will require co-ordination at all levels within the client organisation, through to board level Directors. Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent. Must have experience of working in the retail (IT) sector Must have a good general awareness in applications, infrastructure, networking and comms. Experience of retail store systems and associated interfaces. You will also ideally be Prince2 certified and be aware of ITIL procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years proven success of delivering outsourcing/support projects into the retail sector and be looking for a new challenge. You will be based out of the head office in Nottingham but potential clients maybe based anywhere in the UK. | ||||
